Based on three reports produced by ACNUR about the “Empowering Refugees” project, we selected accounts of migrant women with disabilities who attended workshops in Roraima between 2020 and 2022. The reports were analyzed qualitatively, in search of narratives that expressed the dignity of the experiences of migrant women with disabilities, making them legible and audible based on the relational practice of care. We show how accounts produced from the project’s workshops can help compose escrevivências, woven through attentive listening, in which the reception considers the intersection between gender, migration and disability in its institutional and emancipatory faces.
