Uma análise das campanhas de comunicação institucional do Grupo Globo sobre diversidade e inclusão da população LGBTQIA+

This article analyzes the diversity and inclusion strategies at Globo, the largest communications company in the country, focusing on the “Making a Difference is Every Day” campaign (2022), part of its ESG 2030 Agenda. We examined actions aimed at the LGBTQIA+ population in the 2021, 2022 and 2023 ESG Reports. Through internal communication actions and strategies, we identified investments in diverse teams, training and qualifications for an environment inclusive. We also reflect on Public Relations practices within companies, as we understand that the way a company communicates and practices diversity and inclusion can affect its image and reputation among stakeholders.
